Womb of Metamorphosis is a one-shot tri-fold module for Mothership that descends into deep psychological and bodily horror. There are no monsters to kill, no easy objectives, and no guaranteed escape — only the creeping loss of self, the ship’s slow reshaping of reality, and the unraveling of what it means to be human... or something else.

This is a mind-bending, narrative-focused scenario designed for Wardens who enjoy improv and player-driven dread.

The ship is alive.
It is patient...at first.
It will wait for the players to make their own choices — and then claim them.
